How to measure your PD

Pupillary distance (PD) is the measurement of the space between the centers of your pupils, typically recorded in millimeters. It is essential for ensuring that the optical center of each lens aligns perfectly with your eyes, which prevents eye strain, blurred vision, and distorted perspective. This measurement is often found on your prescription.

If your PD is not included in your prescription, please follow the steps below to measure your pupillary distance.

  1. Go to any frame on the eyeglasses collections and hit the "Try on" button.
  2. When the virtual try on comes up, allow the software access to your camera.
  3. Press the button that says "PD" on the right hand side.
  4. Click "start automatic PD measurement".
  5. Follow the directions as prompted.  Make sure you are in a well lit room. You may need to remove your glasses.
  6. When you get the result send us your PD along with your prescription to support@peekeyewear.co.
