To receive a refund, or request an exchange, please initiate your request within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once this 30-day window has expired. To request a return or exchange, please email hello@peekeyewear.co with your order number and items you would like to exchange/return.  A return shipping label will be provided to you via email. 

Made in 2-3 business days

      Custom lenses with your prescription are made in 2-3 business days after receiving your prescription and pupillary distance (PD).  If you purchased a lens replacement lenses will begin production after receiving your frame, prescription, and PD.  If your prescription does not include your pupillary distance (PD) please use our virtual try on tool to measure your PD.  Follow the link for instructions on how to measure your PD, https://peekeyewear.co/pages/how-to-measure-your-pd. Email us at  hello@peekeyewear.co your prescription, pupillary distance, and order number.  Business days are Monday - Friday.  Orders without prescription are shipped same or next business day.  Prescriptions older than two years are expired and can not be accepted.  

Free shipping

      We offer free USPS first class shipping on all orders.  Expedited USPS priority shipping is available for $15.  Overnight shipping is available for $49.95.  Please note that overnight shipping will only speed up the shipping time.  The production time still remains 2-3 business days.  

Prescription lenses always made in the USA

      Our prescription lenses are always made in our USA based laboratory.  All lenses are carefully verified by a board certified optician before shipping.  Non-prescription rimless sunglass lenses are not made in the USA.
