30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At Peek Eyewear, we stand behind every pair of eyewear we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund guarantee — no hassle, no stress.


What's Eligible for a Return?

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
  • In good condition —, frames unaltered, and free from scratches or damage
  • Includes, case, and any accessories that came with the order
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Prescription Eyewear Returns

We want you to see clearly and love what you wear. For prescription eyewear:

  • If there is a prescription error on our part, we will remake or fully refund your lenses at no cost to you.
  • If you provided an incorrect prescription, we will work with you on a one-time lens replacement at a reduced cost.
  • Prescription lenses that have been correctly made to your specifications are not eligible for a refund after 30 days.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@peekeyewear.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. We will send you a return label via email.  
  4. Ship the item(s) back to us using the label provided.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.


Exchanges

Prefer a different frame or style? We're happy to process an exchange within 30 days of delivery. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Worn, damaged, or altered frames
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at time of purchase)

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@peekeyewear.co with photos of the issue. We will replace or fully refund the item at no charge to you.


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by Peek Eyewear.  
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
